The location was good. Access to many sites was easy.
I didn't get the door code until an hour after check-in. It was a bit stressful after arriving. there was also no hot water . That was annoying.

The location proves convenient. I find nearby access to transportation quite helpful. The room size accommodated my needs well. I am thankful for a generally clean environment. I also noted benefit from modern bathroom with good AC.

thin wallspersonal touch
the lack of on-site staff made things difficult. there was no one available to assist with luggage. i also found the thin walls problematic as noise from outside and other rooms was very noticeable it disrupted my sleep. the experience lacked a personal touch i expected.

The location was great. I could easily walk to many attractions. the staff were very helpful, especially with directions. my room was clean and well kept. i found the proximity to transportation hubs very convenient.
the staircase was a bit narrow, making it slightly difficult to carry luggage upstairs.

the location is very central. it is very close to buckingham palace and shops. i found all staff very helpful. the resident is pretty new. the furnitures are also pretty new.
i found an open soap and wrapper with shampoo left in the shower area from a previous guest.
